We all know him as the best rapper of his own kind after he collaborated Diamond and Dully in his New single " MPAKA SUSE " but the police in Dar knows him in a deferent perspective. News around says that yesterday Chidy was arrested at the Julius Nyerere International airport traying to transport drugs to mbeya where he was set to perform at the INSTAGRAM Party which was set for tomorrow.
The speculations are confirmed to be try that Chidy was arrested yesterday afternoon at the departure turnel at the airport where he was scanned and found posesing the drugs. The police has recovered 14 barrels of drugs from his pocket and two rols of Bang.
The commissioner of police ( ACP ) Hamisi Selemani who is the police incherge of Airports in Tanzania confirmed the arrest of Chidy Benz and said he was posesing the Drugs.
He went on sayin " ‘Alikuja Airport kwa ajili ya safari kwenda Mbeya, kete hizo 14 za dawa za kulevya zilikua zimefungwafungwa na nailoni na pia amekutwa na vifaa vingine vinavyohusiana na watu wanaotumia dawa za kulevya, kuna kigae na kijiko na yeye mwenyewe anakiri ni vitu vyake huwa anatumia ila anashangaa ni kwa nini vimeweza kubaki kwenye mfuko, tutamfikisha Mahakamani baada ya kuweza kubaini ni dawa aina gani za kulevya’'
